"When the taxi failed to turn up on time i phoned Budgetcabs and got a answer phone some minutes later someone from Budgetcabs return my call with the excuse of a double booking and there was no taxi coming to pick us up.He then said he could arrange a pick up in 20 to 25mins time, We had a train to catch Im 84 and my wife is 79 we just could not handle the rush to get our train. Why you might ask why weren't we told earlier that there was a problem.This is a most unprincipled way to treat customers we want use them again"
